Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to drive channel partnerships in New Zealand. You will own the full partner sales cycle, prospect and win new partners, and onboard activation for the Employment Hero partner program.

Reporting to the NZ Partnerships Country Lead, you will craft and execute outbound strategies, convert leads, and work with the sales team to maximize revenue and partner value in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in a B2B sales role.
• Three-plus years in channel or field sales.
• Experience in SaaS, tech or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and win channel/referral partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partners for Employment Hero in your territory.
• Develop and qualify new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and activation across your portfolio.
