Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to join our NZ Partnerships team. You will own the full partnership sales cycle, identify and close new partners, and drive channel opportunities for our employment OS platform.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
• 1+ years' worth of channel sales experience.
• Relevant industry experience (SaaS, tech, or an aligned industry).
• Clear experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners.
• Hungry, tenacious, and eager to drive results.
• Experience in adapting style to persuade and negotiate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle and take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero.
• Focus on developing relevant new channel sales opportunities for market-leading Employment Hero products.
• Meet your assigned targets / quotas.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and activation rates of your portfolio.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to build partner pipeline.
• Convert inbound marketing and event leads to new partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and work with our direct sales team.
