Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to join the Partnerships team as a NZ-based Account Executive/BDM. You will own the full partnership sales cycle, identify and close new partners, and drive channel opportunities for our market-leading partner program.

You will focus on outbound prospecting, presenting and winning partnerships, and supporting onboarding and activation of partners in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
• 3+ years' worth of channel or field sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or aligned industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partnership sales cycle and close new partners.
• Develop relevant new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet assigned targets/quotas and maintain partner engagement.
• Collaborate with direct sales and onboarding/activation of partners.
