Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an experienced SaaS sales professional to join our Partnerships team in a remote-first environment. You’ll own the full partnership sales cycle, identifying and closing new partners, developing channel opportunities, and driving activation across your territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
• 3+ years channel or field sales experience.
• Experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners.
• SaaS/tech industry experience.
• Hungry, tenacious, and results-driven.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partners for Employment Hero in your territory.
• Develop relevant new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet assigned targets / quotas.
• Maintain partner engagement and activation rates.
• Drive partner pipeline and convert inbound leads to partnerships.
• Activate partnerships through in-person and virtual events.
• Qualify opportunities and collaborate with the direct sales team.
• Identify partnership opportunities through tendering and maintain weekly reports.
• Enter pipeline data into Salesforce.
