Job summary

Employment Hero is searching for an experienced SaaS Partnerships salesperson to own the full partner sales cycle in New Zealand. You will identify, pitch, and close new channel partners, while developing opportunities for our market-leading SME platform.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in a B2B sales role.
• 3+ years channel or field sales experience.
• Proven ability to win new channel and referral partners.
• Experience selling SaaS/tech products or services.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partners in NZ for Employment Hero.
• Develop and cultivate channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and activation across portfolio.
• Collaborate with direct sales and marketing to convert inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and reporting.
