Employment Hero in Hamilton, NZ, is seeking an experienced Partnerships Field Sales Manager to own the full partner sales cycle. You will identify, pitch and close new channel partners for our SaaS platform, aligning with the NZ country lead and the global Partnerships team.

The role rewards a hungry, tenacious seller with proven B2B and channel sales experience, remote-first flexibility, comprehensive training, ESOP, and opportunities for rapid progression within a fast-growing technology

Qualificações

5+ years' experience in a B2B sales role.
3+ years' experience in channel or field sales.
Experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners.
Proactive, hungry, tenacious with drive to deliver results.
Experience adapting style to persuade and negotiate appropriately.

Responsabilidades

Take accountability for identifying and closing new partners for Employment Hero in your territory.
Develop relevant new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
Meet assigned targets / quotas.
Maintain strong partner engagement and activation rates of your portfolio.
Qualify opportunities and collaborate with direct sales team.
Activate partnerships through events and joint initiatives.
Enter pipeline and forecast updates in Salesforce.
