ASB Bank in Rotorua is hiring a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with everyday banking needs and enquiries. You will help customers navigate digital options and connect them with the right banking solutions.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) on a permanent basis, across Monday to Friday, based at the Rotorua Advice Centre. You’ll thrive in a customer-first environment and enjoy supporting the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, hospitality, banking, reception, tourism, contact centres or similar.
• Passion for helping people and building strong relationships.
• Confident communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and embrace new technology.
• Collaborative and supportive team player.
