About the Role

Our client, a dynamic retail brand, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Retail Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and guide their team at their store in Queenstown, Eastern Cape .This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing floor staff, and maintaining operational standards. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, ensuring high levels of service, and contributing to sales targets.
