Placements24 seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Queenstown store. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and drive sales targets while ensuring outstanding customer service and brand standards.

You will oversee stock, inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention, provide product knowledge coaching to the team, and help manage opening/closing duties and health and safety compliance.

• Retail experience with supervisory or key holder role (1–2 years).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• High school diploma; further business/retail studies a plus.
• Able to stand long periods and handle stock tasks in the Eastern Cape.

Our client, a well-regarded retail brand, is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the operations of their Queenstown, Eastern Cape location. This role is crucial in assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring a superior customer shopping experience. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to stock management in the Eastern Cape .
