Job summary

SkyCity is seeking a Performance & Reward Advisor to join our P&C team in Auckland. You will help drive remuneration, rewards, benefits, and performance initiatives across the business, turning data into insights to create meaningful employee experiences.

You will provide specialist advice, perform remuneration analysis, and partner with internal stakeholders to guide reward programmes. The role involves leveraging AI tools while protecting data privacy and supporting incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialist advice and support across remuneration management, job evaluation, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarketing and reward programmes.
• Providing remuneration analysis and reporting.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide expert remuneration advice.
• Leveraging approved technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and insights while maintaining strong data privacy practices.
• Supporting incentive schemes and reward programmes.
• You'll bring experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
