SkyCity is seeking a Performance & Reward Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Auckland. You will shape remuneration, rewards and performance initiatives, turning data into insights that inform strategy and employee experiences.

You will provide specialist advice on job evaluation, benefits, benchmarking, and reporting, partnering with stakeholders while upholding data privacy and using AI tools to boost efficiency and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel capability with large datasets.
• Project delivery experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice across remuneration management, job evaluation, employee benefits and performance programmes.
• Provide remuneration analysis and reporting to inform decision making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver expert remuneration guidance.
• Leverage approved technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining data privacy.
