Airways New Zealand is seeking a Remuneration and People Insights Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term parental cover engagement, based at the Auckland airport office. The role focuses on remuneration, people analytics, performance and people systems, turning data into practical insights and advising stakeholders.
You’ll support the annual remuneration review, benchmarking, salary bands, and job sizing, while developing dashboards and reports to inform decision-making across the business.

We’re looking for a Remuneration and People Insights Advisor to join us on a 12-month full-time fixed term parental cover engagement. This role is based at our Auckland (airport) office, ideally starting in December 2026.
This is a varied specialist role spanning remuneration, people analytics, performance and people systems. You’ll provide remuneration advice and analysis, play a key role in our annual remuneration review, turn people data into meaningful insights, and help improve the systems and processes that support our people.

You’ll bring strong analytical capability together with good practical exposure to remuneration. You might already be working in remuneration or reward, or you may come from a broader HR or people analytics background with a good understanding of remuneration activities and processes.
You don’t necessarily need to have done everything this role covers before. What’s important is that you’re comfortable working with data, have a sound understanding of remuneration, and can turn information into practical insights and advice.
