Job summary

Southern Cross Health Insurance in Auckland is seeking a Rewards Operations Specialist to guide the day-to-day management of our rewards programme. You’ll configure offers, campaigns and earning rules in the platform, and work with frontline teams to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

You’ll build deep knowledge of the rewards system, collaborate across Customer Service, Marketing, Partnerships and Technology, and help translate requirements into reliable member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and setting up a rewards or loyalty platform.
• Customer service or engagement experience with issue resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain rewards offers and campaigns in the platform.
• Act as escalation point for frontline teams on complex queries.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the rewards system.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Partnerships and Tech teams.
• Monitor catalogue and campaign performance and ensure data integrity.
