You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and messaging, assist with reservations and itineraries, and provide destination information while learning our online systems to serve customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required).
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Able to learn online systems and tools quickly.
• Interested in travel and helping others plan successfully.

Responsibilities
