Kim Luxe Travel is hiring a Remote Travel Assistance professional to support clients as they plan, prepare for, and experience their trips. In this fully remote role, you will provide guidance, handle travel-related requests, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.

You will communicate across email, phone, and messaging platforms, assist with reservations and itinerary updates, and share trusted advice on destinations and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in travel, hospitality or support roles preferred.
• Organized, reliable and detail oriented.
• Independent work in a remote environment.
• Able to adapt to booking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients when needed.
• Address questions or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
