You will assist remotely via email, phone, and messaging, coordinate reservations, provide destination guidance, and monitor trips to proactively assist clients.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support roles.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to booking systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Assist clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
