Job summary

Primary ITO in New Zealand seeks a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and learners throughout their learning journey. You will provide coordination, data maintenance, and customer service support, reporting completion rates and handling office tasks.

The role offers a fixed 12-month term, full-time (40 hours per week, Mon–Fri). Based location is flexible within New Zealand, with a preference near Christchurch but Canterbury region remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• High level experience in administration and customer service.
• Experience using a CRM system is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Coordinators and the wider team when required.
• Assist Training Advisors to report and monitor learners’ completion rates.
• Perform administration tasks and manage office duties (mail, couriers, filing, supplies).
• Maintain training and customer data accurately.
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and advice.
