Job summary

Primary ITO is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and learners throughout their learning journey. You will coordinate and administer data, reports, and communications to ensure smooth training activity.

The role runs for 12 months full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri) and can be based in Christchurch or anywhere in New Zealand for the right candidate. Strong admin and CRM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High level experience in administration and customer service, particularly using a CRM system.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365, including data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support other Delivery Coordinators in the team and wider business when required.
• Assist Training Advisors to report and monitor learners’ completion rates.
• Perform administration tasks and office-bound activities, including managing office administration e.g. mail, couriers, banking, filing and office supplies.
• Maintain training and customer data.
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and advice.
