Job summary

Primary ITO is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and ensure learners and employers are supported throughout their learning journey. The role provides coordination and administration, maintaining customer data and delivering strong customer service throughout the process.

Duties include supporting the team, reporting learner completion rates, managing office tasks and data, and engaging with learners and providers to offer information and advice.

Qualifications

• High level administration and customer service experience.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data entry.
• Ability to re-prioritise and adjust to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Coordinators in the team and wider business.
• Assist Training Advisors to monitor learners’ completion rates.
• Perform office administration tasks including mail, couriers, banking, filing, and supplies.
• Maintain training and customer data accurately.
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and guidance.
