Job summary

Primary ITO in New Zealand is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support Training Advisers and ensure learners and employers are supported throughout their learning journey. The Delivery Coordinator provides coordination and administration support to Training Advisers, ensuring training and customer data is maintained, including customer service support.

The role includes assisting with reporting, monitoring completion rates, and maintaining office and customer records.

Qualifications

• High level administration and customer service experience, including CRM
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365, including data entry
• Ability to re-prioritise and adapt to changing circumstances
• Initiative and a process-driven mindset
• Pride and accountability for outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Coordinators in the team and broader business when required
• Assist Training Advisors to report and monitor learners’ completion rates
• Perform administration tasks and office duties (mail, couriers, banking, filing, office supplies)
• Maintain training and customer data
• Engage with learners and providers to provide information and advice
