About the Role

Our client, a highly respected recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Talent Sourcer to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging passive and active candidates for a wide range of positions, primarily focusing on tech and niche skill sets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles across different industries, with a strong emphasis on technology and specialized fields.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen and engage potential candidates, assessing their initial fit for roles based on provided criteria and articulating compelling career opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs, ensuring a robust pool of qualified individuals.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct preliminary market research to identify potential talent pools and understand industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the initial engagement process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setting.
• A proactive, tenacious, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with tech recruitment is highly advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in South Africa.
