Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and senior-level roles, operating remotely.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks, via video conferencing.
• Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of success in managing complex and senior-level searches.

• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively in a remote setting.


• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously.


• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for a fully remote position.


• Experience within the Eastern Cape region or specific industry sectors may be advantageous for client needs relevant to Queenstown .
