Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and candidates.

• Maintain candidate records and ensure data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Liaise with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate flow.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand through positive candidate interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a candidate experience, recruitment coordination, or HR support role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a remote environment.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to candidate engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree is a plus.
• Must be based in South Africa.
