Placements24 is seeking a Remote Technical Sourcer to identify and engage niche tech talent across AI/ML, Cybersecurity and Cloud Infrastructure. You will build robust pipelines and craft outreach to fill challenging roles in a dynamic tech environment.

The role is fully remote with global scope. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-Ray searches, and ATS systems to research candidates, track progress, and partner with recruiters to present compelling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong understanding of technical domains.
• Excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research and proactive sourcing to identify top-tier candidates for specialized technical roles.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, and other sophisticated techniques across various platforms.
• Engage with passive candidates through compelling outreach messages and personalized communication.
• Build and maintain detailed talent pipelines for critical and emerging technical skill sets.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and market nuances.
• Screen potential candidates for basic qualifications and cultural alignment.

• Strong understanding of various technical domains and related terminology.
