LegalVision is a commercial law firm offering fixed-fee memberships to SMEs and in-house legal teams. Our NZ team operates fully remotely with occasional offsites.

We seek an SDR to qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings with account executives, while delivering exceptional customer service to NZ and Australian businesses. You'll receive training in sales and commercial law, build a pipeline through outreach, and benefit from an uncapped commission structure with an OTE in the NZ

Formación

• At least 6 months' experience in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Passionate about sales with a hunger to win and hit targets.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound SME leads across multiple channels.
• Qualify prospects and uncover their business needs.
• Book discovery meetings with internal BDMs.
• Triage leads to prioritise high-value opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide an excellent first-touch experience for every client.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture interest.
• Hit targets and contribute to team growth.
