Flight Centre Travel Group New Zealand is expanding Corporate Traveller in New Zealand and seeks a proactive Sales Development Rep to spark conversations and build a strong pipeline. You will own outreach, set meetings and nurture opportunities with target organisations.

You’ll engage decision makers, run your day with minimal supervision, and enjoy uncapped commissions plus a solid base, with real room to grow within a dynamic, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• SDR or B2B lead gen experience is required.
• Must be comfortable with phone outreach and objection handling.
• Ability to independently manage your day and drive results.
• Able to write and speak to set up calendars with decision makers.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.

Responsabilités

• Outbound calls and referrals to build and own your pipeline.
• Develop and manage warm and outbound opportunities.
• Engage with CFOs/CEOs and other decision makers daily.
• Continuously learn about the travel industry to stay ahead.
• Maintain strong, results-driven activity and pipeline visibility.
