Job summary

SK Scaffold is seeking a Sales & Customer Coordinator to work from home in Auckland with some days at the office. The role blends sales and operations, calling builders and developers, issuing quotes, and coordinating jobs from quote to completion.

You will manage a personal pipeline, work toward targets, and use our online quoting tool. Experience with CRM and accounting software is preferred; training on Tradify and Xero will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business-to-business sales role with targets.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to businesses not yet engaged.
• Track record of following up and converting enquiries, quotes or leads.
• Confident on the phone with business owners and decision-makers.
• Able to read customers well and say the right thing.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and calling builders, contractors and developers to identify projects.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
• Preparing quotes through the online quoting tool and showing builders how to use it.
• Following up quotes, handling objections and closing work, including obtaining written acceptance or a purchase order.
• Maintaining a structured pipeline and reporting on activity, quotes, wins and losses.
• Booking confirmed jobs, organising the crew, and keeping customers updated.
• Invoicing and following up payments.
• Online product sales, orders and payments.
