Qualifications

• Experience in construction, trades, sales support, customer service or administration.
• Knowledge of building plans, roofing, spouting or cladding is preferred.
• Strong CRM and administration skills, ideally with Fergus or a similar job management system.
• Confident and professional customer communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Good technical/mechanical nous and confidence working with numbers, measurements and spatial information.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and willingness to ask questions.
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities from a home office.
• Comfortable with heights and willing to attend roofing sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming enquiries and coordinate next steps, including quotes, site visits and leak call-outs
• Enter and maintain customer, lead and opportunity information in our CRM
• Support the quoting process from initial enquiry through to acceptance
• Follow up quotes by phone, email and text and help identify barriers to progressing
• Work with the Territory Manager on re-quotes, pricing queries and outstanding information
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional communication
• Keep CRM and sales records accurate and up to date
• Track opportunities and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
• Support sales reporting, conversion tracking and KPIs
• Provide general administrative support to the Managing Directors and wider team
