• Experience in internal sales or customer service (pricing experience a bonus).

• Great communicator who builds real relationships, not just transactions.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer relationship — phone, email, in person
• Build precise commercial quotes from customer schedules and product lists
• Support Account and Product Managers with responsive internal sales backing
• Dig into customer needs — timing, terms, special requirements — and coordinate with Supply Chain and suppliers to deliver the full package
• Follow up on quotes, adjust as needed, and set the stage for smooth contract fulfilment
