Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales coordination.
• Track record of following up and converting enquiries into sales.
• Confident using business systems (CRM, accounting or job-management software).
• Excellent communicator on phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Call customers to follow up email/online quotes and convert to sales.
• Win sales from follow-ups and handle product/pricing questions.
• Stay on top of quotes in CRM and ensure every lead is tracked.
• Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and moves, and book in Tradify.
• Run general admin and keep schedules moving smoothly.
