Joyous is a NZ-based, fully remote company serving primarily US customers. We are expanding our activation team to move customers from signed to live with minimal friction and to codify processes into a scalable playbook.

You will work closely with founders, sales, and product to deliver a simple, repeatable activation experience that can scale as we grow. You’ll need exceptional organization, the ability to absorb complexity, and a bias toward action.

Formación

• Evidence you can organise complexity and drive outcomes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills are essential.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with cross-functional coordination is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the activation journey from signed to live for every customer.
• Turn customer objectives into a simple, actionable plan and guide setup.
• Coordinate with Joyous teams to deliver required resources and keep momentum.
• Avoid passing complexity to customers while managing expectations and timelines.
• Help codify activation steps into a scalable, repeatable playbook.
• Identify opportunities to feed learning back into product and processes.
