Joyous is a NZ-based AI software company seeking a hands-on sales leader to own the mid-market growth engine. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Activation and Customer Success with the CEO to build and run a repeatable GTM machine.

You will grow from a small commercial team toward about 10 people, owning campaigns, pipeline, playbooks and customer journeys, while hiring and driving performance for revenue acceleration.

Qualifications

• Recent, directly transferable experience in a B2B SaaS or AI software company.
• Experience building or scaling a mid-market growth engine.

Responsibilities

• Own the mid-market GTM engine across Marketing → Sales → Activation → Customer Success.
• Campaigns, pipeline, sales calls, playbooks and customer journeys.
• Hire and drive performance as the team scales.
