Job summary

Joyous seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to own and scale the mid-market growth engine for its AI SaaS product, with a focus on the US market and Auckland-based footprint. You will work directly with the CEO, taking a hands-on approach at the outset to shape campaigns, pipelines, and customer journeys while building a scalable commercial organization.

• Own and run the end-to-end revenue engine for mid-market customers.
• Develop and refine campaigns, pipelines, and sales scripts to scale growth.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to codify the GTM model into repeatable playbooks and processes.
