Joyous, a New Zealand-based, remote-friendly B2B SaaS company, is seeking a growth-minded marketer to build a repeatable mid-market demand engine that Sales can convert into customers. You’ll own paid campaigns, LinkedIn, content, landing pages and testing, turning ideas into measurable results.

You’ll be data-driven, hands-on and comfortable taking accountability for outcomes rather than activity, with experience scaling campaigns from NZ to international markets. Autonomy encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building campaigns across paid, social, and content channels.
• Proven ability to generate qualified mid-market demand.
• Strong copywriting and experimentation mindset.
