Joyous is a New Zealand–based AI SaaS company that targets the US Mid-Market. This Sales Executive role is fully remote, selling primarily into the US, with base compensation in USD and a strong commission/OTE structure.

• Early evidence of ability and transferable experience
• NZ-based company selling into overseas markets
• Background in B2B software, SaaS or AI is useful
• Highly organised, quick learner with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

• Own the journey from initial interest to signed customer for US Mid-Market
• Work from a proven playbook: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow-ups and objections handling
• Collaborate with another NZ-based salesperson to scale the approach and learn from each other
• Refine the sales motion through real customer conversations to make it more repeatable
