You should have recent, transferable experience in a B2B SaaS or AI software environment, ideally building a similar growth engine. The role is based in New Zealand with Auckland preference, focusing on the US market and broader international traction.

Qualifications

• Recent, transferable experience in a B2B SaaS or AI software company.
• Experience building a mid‑market growth engine with practical, measurable results.
• No CRO title required if you can prove you led the engine creation and results.

Responsabilités

• Own and refine the commercial engine across marketing, sales, activation, and customer success.
• Execute campaigns, build pipelines, run sales calls, create playbooks and customer journeys.
• Scale the GTM function from a small team toward ~10 people while you stay hands-on early on.
• Partner closely with the CEO/founder to codify and improve the activation model into the product.
