Job summary

Employment Hero is transforming how SMBs hire, HR, payroll and benefits with a remote-first, AI-enabled SaaS platform. We are seeking a seasoned Partnerships-focused Account Executive/BDM to own the full partnership sales cycle, identify and close new partners, and drive channel opportunities across our NZ territory.

You will prospect, pitch and win partnerships, support onboarding and activation, and work with the NZ Partnerships Country Lead to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B sales role.
• 3+ years in channel or field sales.
• Experience developing and winning new channel and referral partners.
• Hungry, tenacious and eager to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new partners for Employment Hero in your territory.
• Develop relevant new channel sales opportunities for Employment Hero products.
• Meet assigned targets/quotas and maintain partner engagement.
• Activate partnerships and develop opportunities through events and mixed channels.
• Collaborate with direct sales to qualify opportunities and manage pipeline.
