Job summary

Lawlab New Zealand is seeking a proactive business development professional to grow and manage a portfolio of real estate and allied partners. You’ll build relationships with agents, brokers and buyers’ agents while shaping your own growth strategy from NZ to AU markets.

You will balance nurturing current partners with winning new ones, using a plan-driven approach to maximize referrals and revenue. This brand-new role operates remotely, aligned with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, account management and business development.
• Comfortable with phone calls and cold outreach.
• Strong rapport-building skills and professional presence.
• Business-planner mindset: set direction, priorities and follow through.
• Willing to network and represent the brand in the community.
• Available to work Australian business hours from New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing partners: understand their business and increase referrals.
• Find, meet and sign new partners; develop relationships from first contact to referrals.
• Map out your strategy and set time allocation for highest yield.
• Plan your territory and pipeline; prioritise opportunities.
• Represent Lawlab at events and via online demos to build brand presence.
