LEAP is seeking a Client Success Manager in New Zealand to support law firms across Auckland and beyond. This hybrid role involves working with an international team, on-site and travel‑enabled client engagements, and driving adoption of LEAP Core and Integrated Products.

You will bring 2+ years in a law firm, excellent relationship management, and a proactive, client‑centric approach to retention and growth. Flexible arrangements are available to fit NZ-wide needs.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in a law firm or legal environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and achieve commercial outcomes.
• Experience travelling within New Zealand for client meetings.

Aufgaben

• Maximise client satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating LEAP features and solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with Principals and Practice Managers to improve productivity.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Log client activity in Salesforce and collaborate with Implementations, Renewals and Product teams.
