Auckland City GY Construction Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Auckland to drive growth in the real-estate and proptech sectors. You will lead the development and execution of market strategies, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

The role involves developing brand promotion initiatives and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the proptech service sector.

• Develop and implement business development plans for real-estate clients.
• Lead end-to-end BD and sales cycles including screening, negotiations and contracts.
• Create marketing and outreach initiatives to boost brand presence in proptech services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute overall business development and market expansion strategies targeting real-estate industry clients, including real-estate developers, corporate finance departments of property enterprises and proptech enterprises, to drive continuous business growth and market penetration.
• Lead full-cycle business development and sales operations, including client screening, business negotiation, solution presentation, contract signing and project follow-up for real-estate system development, custom web development and ongoing technical support services.
• Formulate and implement industry marketing plans, brand promotion strategies and commercial outreach initiatives to enhance company brand influence and market competitiveness in the proptech service sector.
• Analyse proptech industry trends, real-estate client demands, competitor strategies and market business data to identify new business opportunities and support strategic business decision-making.
• Manage and maintain high-level client relationships, conduct regular client communication and demand research, resolve commercial cooperation issues, and establish long-term stable strategic cooperative partnerships.
• Cooperate with internal technical and operation teams to sort out client functional requirements, assist in formulating tailored real-estate system solutions and web development schemes.
