Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Sales Development Representative to join their fully remote sales team. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule intro meetings for the account executives, from anywhere in South Africa.

The role requires high-volume outreach via email, phone, and social channels, with a focus on qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to potential leads via email, phone, and social media.
