Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transactions Manager for a fully remote role. The position oversees end-to-end real estate transactions nationwide, with a focus on South Africa and related regulatory compliance.
You will coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely closings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial real estate transactions, strong negotiation and due diligence skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Real Estate or related field.
- JD or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years in commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end real estate transactions from offer to close.
- Review and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related documents.
- Coordinate due diligence including title reviews and environmental assessments.
- Manage closing processes and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams and external brokers, attorneys, lenders.
