Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer in New Zealand to support an existing customer base and assist in the broader ANZ region. This remote role focuses on timely service, instrument maintenance, and strong customer partnership.

You will manage service calls, push for first-time fixes, and contribute to revenue growth through maintenance agreements while upholding ISO standards and Danaher’s continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in field service or technical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and first-time fixes.
• Close service calls and manage escalations per procedures.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals including maintenance agreements and lead generation.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI adherence.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for additional services, reagents, and equipment.
