Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Auckland to perform maintenance and repairs on advanced medical equipment across hospital settings. You will diagnose issues onsite and remotely, ensuring high availability of surgical systems and imaging devices while delivering exceptional service to clinicians and biomedical teams.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on medical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues onsite and remotely.
Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with clinicians and hospital staff.
Support customers across hospitals and surgical facilities.
Ensure activities meet ISO 13485 quality and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory, parts, and service documentation.
