Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in New Zealand to support the existing customer base and assist in Australia. This role is remote, requiring proactive customer engagement, rapid issue resolution, and adherence to audits.

You will drive service growth, maintain high customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the ANZ service team. Essential qualifications include a Biomedical/Electrical Engineering degree and 5+ years of field

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of prior field service experience in related field is preferred.
• Desirable knowledge of Flow Cytometry, Liquid Handlers and Centrifugation.
• Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly computer literate (MS Office) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily service support of existing customer base in New Zealand and assist in the rest of Australia.
• Support sales growth, service growth and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage customer interactions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Close service calls accurately and manage escalations per procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ISO audits and contribute to process improvements.
