Placements24 is assisting a rapidly expanding fintech client to hire a Remote Client Onboarding Specialist. The role guides new clients through setup, training, and adoption, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and organized processes in a fully remote team.

You will conduct onboarding sessions, support account configurations, and collaborate with Sales/Accounts to ensure smooth handoffs. The position supports a global client base, including regions like Queenstown, NZ, and offers

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, training, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client onboarding processes concurrently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote setting.
• Experience in fintech or a related regulated industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Conduct personalized onboarding sessions and training for new clients via video conferencing and other remote tools.
• Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and integration of services.
• Provide clear guidance on platform features and best practices.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues during onboarding.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover.
• Monitor client progress during onboarding and identify potential roadblocks.
• Gather feedback on onboarding processes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure clients are set up for long-term success and satisfaction.
