Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Client Relations Officer to join its Queenstown team, serving as the primary contact to foster strong client relationships and advocate for their interests in a customer-centric environment.

You will manage a portfolio, liaise between clients and internal teams, and conduct regular service reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relations or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience in client-facing support or helpdesk is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts with high satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align company solutions accordingly.
• Process client requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
