You will manage worldwide operations, build distributed teams, and drive KPIs while collaborating with the CEO on strategic planning and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in FinTech or financial services.
• Experience scaling operations for fast-growing technology companies, globally.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, cybersecurity, and data security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global operational strategy for scalability, efficiency, and compliance in FinTech.
• Oversee all worldwide operational functions including customer support, payments, IT, risk, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor globally distributed teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish, monitor, and report on critical operational KPIs to drive performance across units.
• Implement robust processes, controls, and systems for seamless service delivery and risk mitigation.
• Manage global operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on strategic planning and market expansion.
