You will lead large-scale remote transformation programs, develop training, and stay at the forefront of the future of work. Excellent remote collaboration and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in management consulting or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale remote initiatives.
• Strong distributed teams management and collaboration tools.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements advising clients on remote operational strategy and implementation.
• Develop frameworks and best practices for remote team management and collaboration.
• Assess client readiness for remote operations and identify areas for enhancement.
• Design and implement solutions for virtual team productivity, communication, and culture building.
