Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Global Operations Lead to oversee and optimize worldwide operational processes for a fast-growing international e-commerce platform, spanning logistics, support, marketplace management and compliance.

You will lead a dispersed remote team, implement KPI-driven improvements, align cross-functional functions, and ensure scalable, efficient operations across diverse markets with overlap to core business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, International Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of operations management experience in global e-commerce or international operations.
• Proven experience managing remote, distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of international logistics, compliance, and cross-border operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and WMS tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global operational strategies to support growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple international markets.
• Manage and optimize global logistics, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed remote team.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and drive improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Improve customer support quality and response times globally.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and international partners.
